UNWINDING UNIT

Easy Mounting:

The unwinding unit is designed in such a way that circular woven fabrics can be easily mounted without the need for external lifting equipment.

Edge Position Controller (EPC):

EPC automatically adjusts the web for precise alignment.

ACCUMULATOR UNIT

Uniform Tension:

A reserve of extra fabric length is kept in this unit during 

continuous unwinding to ensure that the fabric remains uniformly tensioned during the entire

process.

PRINT-MARK SENSOR

Helps in precision cutting of the printed fabric.

CUTTING UNIT

Cut Customised Length:

A servo motor aids in cutting the fabric to a predetermined length with minimum cut length variation

Mouth Opening Device:

Make sure the cut-length edge can be easily opened.

Hot Cutting:

For Un-Laminated Fabric

FOLDING & SEWING UNIT

Sharp Folder Mechanism:

Ensures precise bottom fold of the fabric.

 

Auto Switch-off:

The sewing machine automatically stops when not pieces are received.
